If you need a full size range, we can grade the master pattern—whether it’s one we created or one you’ve supplied—according to international grading standards.
We ensure every detail is captured through precise design specifications to support consistent, high-quality production.
Once complete, we can deliver the patterns in DXF format for digital use, or as card pieces for hand cutting or die creation. We also offer die-making services through one of our trusted manufacturing partners.

Our Bespoke Orthopaedic service enables companies to supply bespoke footwear to some of the most challenging foot pathologies.

Where applicable, we import and work from 3D foot scans to ensure precision and a true custom fit.
If needed, a bespoke last is designed to accommodate any anatomical or medical needs specific to the patient.
Together, we determine the appropriate style and construction method to best suit both clinical function and aesthetic preferences.
