We don’t manufacture the final footwear ourselves. Instead, we specialise in creating the digital assets needed for production. This includes custom designs, pattern standards, pieces and bespoke lasts. These can be passed directly to your chosen factory or workshop for making.

However, we do offer additional support services, such as, arranging the production and delivery of digitally designed lasts and cutting dies (piece knives), as well as providing fully graded pattern sets—either digitally or in physical format ready for use in manufacturing.

Absolutely! If you’d like to submit your own design for grading, we can work with it directly. If a master standard isn’t provided, we’ll create one for you before grading your pattern to your required size range using internationally recognised grading rules.

The custom footwear design process can take anywhere between two and six weeks depending on exactly what you need. This includes sampling etc.
